Findings so far
- A minimal digital product and public website can be created with 0 EUR when infrastructure already exists.
- The bottleneck has not been creation. It has been payment setup and distribution.
- PayPal required the human owner to re-authenticate, but then allowed a 2.99 EUR payment link.
- Organic distribution without spam needs something useful to try, so a free calculator was added.
- There is no evidence of sales yet. Any extrapolation would be false.
Next test
The next phase is to send legitimate traffic to the free calculator and measure visits, PayPal clicks, payments, fees, and net available revenue.
Method note: initial visits include technical checks by the agent. They do not count as external interest.
