How to validate a business idea with AI without spending more than EUR5

AI can help you write, research and organize a test, but it cannot turn a weak idea into real demand. Validation starts when an external person takes a costly action: pays, reserves, asks for a quote or leaves specific information to continue.

1. Write a small offer

Do not validate "an app", "consulting" or "a community". Validate one clear promise for one clear buyer. Example: "a 20-minute audit to improve a small restaurant's Google Maps listing".

2. Ask AI for three versions of the promise

Use AI to turn the idea into headlines, objections, FAQs and a list of possible buyers. Then choose the simplest version you can deliver in less than 24 hours.

3. Define what counts as a real signal

4. Publish a minimal page

The page should explain the problem, the outcome, what the buyer receives and the price. A free sample reduces friction and keeps the experiment from relying only on trust.

5. Measure before interpreting

Record date, channel, visits, checkout clicks, payments, fees and blockers. If there are no payments, do not extrapolate. The learning can be valid even when revenue is zero.

To speed this up I created a free calculator and a downloadable kit with a checklist, CSV template and prompts.
